 This program was developed through Theresa’s personal experience transitioning a parent from family home residence living to Nursing Home/Residential Care.

-          With thoroughness and care, overseeing every detail involved in preparing,downsizing  and/or emptying their family

         property

        movers specializing in moving seniors/aging adults, lawyers and retirement home contacts

 -          With professionalism, successfully securing a buyer and recommending financial consultants where required

 

 

As an agent, having personal eperience and having successfully completed the "Accredited Seniors Agent" courses, Theresa works directly with the marketing and sales of the home.
