I have wanted to write to your team for some time to thank you all for the attention you gave to helping us sell our country home!

 
Moving to the city from the country was difficult but we had never anticipated how long it would take to sell our home. Our first realtor we felt should be local. They convinced us that a snazzy web site was all that was needed to sell our home but after almost a year with 8 showings we knew there was a problem.

From the first moment Theresa walked through our home, I could feel that she was on board with her business head and heart, to help us sell our home quickly. She checked the pricing of the houses that had sold in our price range [when ours had just sat there] and brought in Kirsi to update the look of home without making costly major renovations! All in all, following their advice brought more buyers to see our home in two weeks, than had been through in a year!!!

She worked with EVERY lead until we had multiple interested buyers considering an offer.
